• Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once the order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

• We partner with reliable local courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

• Domestic UAE Orders: Delivered within a maximum of 2 business days after dispatch.

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

• Free shipping may apply for selected promotions or order thresholds (when specified).

• If delivery is missed, the courier may reschedule or hold the package at the nearest branch for pickup.
