By accessing or purchasing from Roar3D Creative Designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services or website. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Products and Services

Roar3D specializes in:

• Custom 3D-printed models
• Personalized t-shirts and apparel printing
• Customized gift items
• Laser-cut decor and art
• Corporate giveaways

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

3. Orders and Payments
   • All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
   • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
   • We accept online payments, bank transfers, and approved digital wallets.
   • Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

4. Custom Designs and Intellectual Property
   • Customer-provided designs must not infringe on third-party rights.
   • Roar3D retains the right to refuse any custom design that includes offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without proper authorization.
   • All original designs produced by Roar3D remain the intellectual property of Roar3D unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Production and Delivery
   • Standard production time is 3-7 business days after payment, depending on the complexity and quantity.
   • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on logistics providers.
   • Roar3D is not liable for delays due to shipping, customs, or force majeure.

6. Returns and Refunds
   • Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
   • Refunds are only applicable for defective or damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
   • Customers must provide proof (photos or video) for damage claims.
   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

7. Limitation of Liability
   • Roar3D shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
   • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy and Confidentiality Policy (available separately). We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
